5th day by Marika and Martins

By the way of the next destination place – seaside – we stopped at the supermarket “MAXIMA”, we were so happy to have opportunity to make small shopping. And finally we got to the seaside: golden beach, Baltic sea, fire-place and sun. At the beginning it was a little bit windy and only Latvians went into the sea. But after th lunch Georgians also went swimming. It was great great great :) We took a lot of pictures.
At about 6 pm we needed to return to the bus. On the way back we had again opportunity to make shopping in MAXIMA :)
Oh, I forgot to make a comment about our bus driver. I think the driver didn’t really know very well how to drive a car as our bus stopped several times on a cross road. Not really pleasant feeling.
And finally our SAUNA PARTY!!!! Yeeee the coolest thing ever. Also this review is great!

4th day by Vitalik and Tako

Before lunch we were introduced by Loesje. Edward showed us presentation about this organization, we tried to make that posters by ourselves. The topics were relationship among parents, between boyfriend and girlfriend, possibilities of youngsters, sexual orientation, stereotypes, braking borders…
Today is Latvian national Day… All day we have Latvian food, we really liked it, me and my body eat 4 deserts, it was so delicious. Also the soup, "piure".
There is rain outside and I like it, it is so romantic atmosphere… I have feeling that we will have great evening. In the evening we devided into groups, there were four people in each group. The theme of my group was relationship. We started movie making, it was so interesting. We discussed situations in Latvia and compared with situations in Georgia. We found differences which was a little bit funny. So we decided to make funny film. I think the groups were working hardly to make their film interesting and full of ideas, we will continue movie making tomorrow. We are waiting for Latvian traditional evening now. Some group is coming to dance traditional dances and participants are going to sing as well. They will provide food also. So I think I won’t have time to write this report any more.
Ouuuuu, Latvian traditional evening was so great, I even could not imagine it in advance. I am really proud that I have Latvian friends. I have new dream: that these Latvian people go to Georgia!!!:*:*:*

We had very golthod breakfast , everyone had motivation for this day and of course were full of energy. We began to play our game “killers” , chose them and waited for first victim.
Today we have very interesting topic about reproductive health. Firstly we were divided in groups consisting from four person , each of us had different exercises. Like our team had about Reproductive Health , others had about Peer Education and Informal Education . We draw it in interesting way and then made discussion , which was really useful for us. This day was full of new information and we were learning more and more about healthy lifestyle .
After coffee break we were parted in couples and had 5 questions to ask each other about relationships. It was very interesting conversation between couples , because it was first steps which we were making while introducing each other . we had different views and ideas , it’s good for every person to learn listen other people and respect his/her idea. After this interview we made circle and discussed our visions and then choose top 5 for every question .
As I mentioned it was very busy day and we had a lot of interesting things to do . we had discussion about how people goes to sex from first meeting, it was like stairs and very important for all of us , we were sharing our ideas and views and getting know more in life .
We could not imagine that most interesting part of the day was still waiting for us . We had possibility to see all kind of contraceptives and learn how to use these. There were hormonal , barrier and other methods . we have also chance to exercise how to use condoms , not to take any diseases .
After so interesting day we were totally full from information , learned new things in reproductive health . I want to add from my side that I‘ll tell these all to my friends and teach them how to behave correctly .
After very delicious dinner Georgian boys decided to play football , we took pleasure from this , it was amazing , funny , memorable and unforgettable fillings , later we all watched movie and tired of emotions went to sleep. we want to say great thanks to everybody for this day.

2nd day by Liene and Giga

At the first we made up our rules of Youth Exchange. Than we had an activity in which we had to make a bags for our fears, expectations and contributions. During this activity we got more information about each other. After this we chose our bodies and also we started killer game.
Than we spitted in 4 groups - 4 persons each group. And we had to think up some team building activities for other groups. We had to use water, but other groups had to use balls, rope and something. After lunch we had rope game – we had to make a rope from our clothes, footwear; jewelry etc. and the winner were that team whose rope was the longest.
That day was so hot that we came up with idea to go to the lake. It was long long long long way to the lake but we manage it and we spent great time there (Giga was so tired that he was sleeping).
Time was running so fast that Georgians had not enough time to get prepared for their national evening. So at the end khinkail was ready and we started that evening at 11:07 PM. The evening turned out very good. We had Georgian national dances, food, toasts and songs. It was adorable.

What we going to do?
Having regard to reproductive health problems of the Georgian and Latvian youngsters - are still large numbers of abortions and the fact that reproductive health issues in schools and society are still subjects of which are reluctant to speak, we contacted the young people in Georgia and Latvia who stated that there are very weak or no knowledge of sexually reproductive health and want to participate in youth meetings, during which they can meet other young people and to debate and discuss current events in their countries and issues of reproductive health field, looking for alternative solutions and creative ideas on how to change current attitudes and education and lack of information.
The project main aim is to promote the Georgian and Latvian youth - peer trainers, make their active participation of youth education on reproductive health and a healthy lifestyle, as well as to encourage young people's rights to sexual and reproductive health services, contraceptives and information availability.
Georgia’s and Latvia’s difference of traditions, mentality and culture made this project more interesting for exchange participants. 16 participants, who are in such age, when they should be more informed about reproductive health, contraception, sexual relationships, healthy lifestyle, met each other in Cēsis, Latvia and had discussions, workshops about these themes. The project promoted cooperation between different social risks, a culture among young people and social cohesion between the partners. They shared experiences about actualities and problems between their countries with the aim to find solutions and new ideas, to change prejudices and previous attitude. Young people - peer educators was invited in networking for youth and community participation in mentioned fields. As well as networking - "Transfer of Good Practice" by the Latvian and Georgian young people - peer educators.
Project’s purpose is not only to educate participants, but also to cut down lack of information for other young people, therefore participants’ worked result as informative materials will be set through short films, brochures, Forum theater and LOESJE posters*, which was made during the exchange - coming soon!!!!
*Posters LOESJE - Loesje is an international free speech organisation started in Arnhem (Netherlands) in 1983.
